Opportunity
By connecting users with local charities, we create a global movement of donating clothes. Clothes find new purpose without leaving home, fostering a sense of community and global solidarity.
Problem
Traditional methods of donating clothes can be time-consuming and limited by geography, making it difficult for many to participate. The lack of a user-friendly platform has made the process of giving back more complicated. Our product aims to address these challenges by offering a seamless solution that transforms donating clothes into a global and hassle-free experience.
Goal
The goal of this project is to empower people to transform their old clothes into meaningful contributions. The aim is to make philanthropy a part of everyday life by connecting users with charities and simplifying the process. We want to inspire a wave of giving and eliminate cluttered closets. Our goal is to create opportunities and make a lasting impact on global compassion.

Empathy Map
From our User Research, we were able to gather insights through interviews and observations to understand our users' needs. These insights were put on an Empathy Map, capturing users' emotions, thoughts, and experiences. The Empathy Map guides our product design with a deep understanding of user perspectives. It ensures our product meets functional requirements and resonates with users emotionally, enhancing the overall user experience.

Pain Points
What issues do users experience when they try to donate? How can we make donating easier for them?

User Personas
From the interviews conducted, we explored the different profiles of potential users. Understanding their motivations, concerns, and habits was essential for designing a platform that ensures a smooth experience for anyone to convert their unused clothes into meaningful donations, all from the comfort of their homes.
